MTD
Maximum tolterated dosage is normally required prior to any in vivo study, including efficacy and PK studies. Pharmacokinetic data is the key when evaluating new chemical entities. Our pharmaceutically trained staff will assist you in developing models supplied by you in a variey of animals for standard drug efficacy testing.
Appropriate subjects include different strains of mouse and/or rat according to the need of efficacy or PK requirement. These are useful tools to characterize lead compounds for in vivo acute toxicites via multiple (or different) routes of drug administration .
